These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website and the provision of window film installation services by Window Films Pro (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
All quotations are free of charge and without obligation. Quotations remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Site visits are available across Dublin and surrounding areas.
Orders are confirmed once a quotation is accepted in writing or verbally. Installation dates will be agreed with the customer in advance. Access to the premises must be provided at the arranged time.
We supply and install high-quality window films suited to customer requirements. Minor variations in shade or finish may occur due to manufacturer tolerances.
All our films come with up to a 10-year manufacturer warranty covering peeling, cracking, and bubbling under normal use. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, external impact, or poor maintenance.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered may incur charges.
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the installation contract.
Payments are due upon completion of the installation unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not accept online payments via the website.
